Your responsibilities will include: Monthly certification of progress claims Review and submission of project cash flows Monthly review and tracking of construction programs Management of RFIs and variations Coordination of contractor and consultant interfaces Conducting quality audits and compliance reviews Chairing and managing weekly meetings, including council interactions You’ll be contributing to the delivery of integrated, master-planned communities that bring together: Residential neighbourhoods Retail, education, and community facilities Recreational infrastructure Integrated transport access Landscaped open space and green corridors What Type of Person Will Succeed This role will suit a civil engineer who enjoys being close to construction, thrives on coordination, and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll ideally have: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Around 3–5 years’ experience (flexible either side for the right person) Strong site-based or construction engineering experience Contract administration experience (highly regarded, not essential) Confidence managing stakeholders and complex project communication A genuine interest in community-focused urban development If you’ve held titles such as Site Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, or Project Coordinator , this role is likely to align well with your experience.
